Built fast with AI. Checked by a person.

How every GRH website and AI tool is planned, built, tested and launched, and the tech it runs on.

Code is the cheap part now

AI made writing code fast. What still decides whether a website brings in customers is judgment: what to build first, what to leave out, which foundation will still hold when the business doubles, and whether it actually works on the phone in your customer's hand.

That's where Cody spends his time. AI handles the typing, and every decision and every line that ships is checked by a person. You get agency-level quality at small-business prices, from someone you can text.

Seven things every project gets

You click through your site before it goes live

Every build gets a private preview link, so you see and test the real thing, not a mockup.

You talk to the person building it

No account managers or hand-offs. Cody scopes, builds and answers your texts himself.

Compliance- and cost-aware from day one

WCAG-, HIPAA- and GDPR-aware, SOC 2-aligned design patterns. Cost-aware AI (tokens, latency, model choice) is built in when you're shipping AI.

AI does the heavy lifting, a person checks every line

Built with Claude Code for speed. Every change is reviewed, tested and approved by a human before it ships.

Every page is written for Google and AI answers

Clear titles, real FAQs, schema markup and llms.txt, so search engines and AI assistants can quote you.

Tested at phone and desktop sizes before launch

Contrast, tap targets, keyboard focus and speed are measured with browser tests, not eyeballed.

Everything is versioned and backed up

Every change lives in GitHub, and the live site is backed up before each update, so nothing is ever lost.

From first call to launch

  1. Discover

A free 15-minute call. What do you sell, who buys it, how do they find you today, and what should the site get them to do? You get a straight answer on what you need and a price range on the spot.

  2. Plan

A short written plan: the pages, the words people search for, the calls to action, and the tech stack. Static if it can be, a server only when it needs one, so you never pay for complexity you don't use.

  3. Build

Cody builds with Claude Code. AI writes the first draft of the code fast; Cody directs it, reads it, and rewrites what isn't right. Your content, photos and brand go in from day one, not as placeholders.

  4. Preview

You get a private link to click through the real site on your own phone. Changes happen in the same thread you're already texting in, and nothing goes live until you say so.

  5. Test

Automated browser checks at phone and desktop sizes: color contrast, tap-target size, keyboard focus, broken links, page weight and structured data. Forms are sent end to end to make sure the lead reaches your inbox.

  6. Launch and grow

Deployed to Hostinger with SSL, redirects, sitemap, Google Analytics and your Google Business Profile linked. Then ongoing updates, new pages and AI tools as your business grows.

Safe to launch, sensible to run

WCAG-, HIPAA- and GDPR-aware, SOC 2-aligned design patterns. Cost-aware AI infrastructure (token, latency, model selection) is built in from day one when you're shipping AI.

WCAG-aware

Text contrast that meets WCAG AA, visible keyboard focus, 44px tap targets, alt text, skip links and reduced-motion support, all measured before launch.

HIPAA-aware

Health details stay out of plain contact forms and email. When a project needs them, the design uses HIPAA-eligible services and keeps that data out of places it doesn't belong.

GDPR-aware

Collect only what's needed, say why, and keep it safe. No unnecessary trackers, and lead backups are locked away from the public web.

SOC 2-aligned patterns

Secrets kept server-side, least-privilege access, rate limits on every public endpoint, logged changes in version control, and backups before every deploy.

Cost-aware AI, in practice

Every AI feature gets a budget before it gets a prompt. GRH picks the model by the job (a large model to reason, a small fast one to chat), keeps prompts and history short so each reply uses fewer tokens, caps usage per visitor and per day, and keeps answers fast enough that people don't leave. Webster, the assistant on this site, answers for about 1.4¢ per reply.

"Aware" and "aligned" mean the site is designed around these standards. Formal certification or a signed agreement with a hosting provider is a separate step, and Cody will tell you when your project needs one.

What GRH builds with

Proven, well-supported tools, picked per project. Simple sites stay simple; servers and AI come in only when they pay for themselves.
